Sierra went to prom. I didn't like it. But I still let her go. She looked absolutely stunning. Once pictures were done, we went off to Kaitlyn's reception. It was absolutely Gorgeous. I gave her a hug and almost started to cry. We saw tons of old friends from our ward. I got to see sister Colton. My.. that woman is one of my best friends! Here's to a great, and somewhat tiresome weekend! On to Finals!

Self is smart.

When I go to Africa I'm going to make this song into five ringtones.

That way I can set it as my alarm and wake up to...

Yep, It'll happen

And so I jumped.

I woke up unhappily at 9AM. Yeah. Not my favorite on a Saturday. 

I went to the track meet to shoot and it hadn't even started yet. 

I was bummed. So I went home, ate and went back an hour and later. 

I guess after being out for two and a half hours you get quite a sunburn.

But hey, that wasn't enough sun! So once I finished editing we left. 

On the docket was Second Dam to try out the Rope Swing. 

I was simply going to photograph this great adventure, however.. 

Peer pressure worked and there I was, climbing up the tree.

Stepping on knot after knot. "What the heck am I doing up here?!"

They counted to three, and I jumped. 

The water Froze every muscle in my body, I couldn't breathe. Move.

At the same time, it was the most exhilarating thing I've done in a while.

Good news, I lived, as well as dried off quick because of a slight breeze and the sun!

I liked the one with the mohawk.

It's only 12:19 but I am exhausted. It is time for bed.

I did my taxes, cause I'm 20 now.

 I woke up to this down the hall and on the mirror. 

Jen, Laur, Kenz and I went to Costa Vida for lunch/dinner. 

Later we went and got frozen yogurt. 

Best roommates ever.

Jen made cheesecake.. Oh. My. Goodness..

Now only 363 more days till I can serve a mission! Wohoo!

And now we're back.

I'm so Giddy right now! I don't know why!

We leave in roughly twelve hours for our adventure. 

L-chick (Lauren) and I, and we are thrilled. Okay.

I am feeling overwhelmed. Beaten. Conquered. Flooded. Swamped. Weak. Buried underneath the rubble of old houses after an earthquake. Covered with a mound of boulders, with no light shining through. Powerless, and lost.

I feel weak. but this is not over.

I finally wrote to lots of my missionary friends. 

Four letters, and one email all together. I felt quite accomplished.

I enjoy writing consistently, however it is difficult to think of what to say when mailing takes so long.

I absolutely love my photography class, have I told you yet? Well, I do. 

I have a passion for black and white photography, with just a little grain too.

Somedays I wish I could live in Monochrome, so I do through my lens.

Today I woke up and took some pictures of Lauren, she is Absolutely Gorgeous. 

Really, Just look at her. Inside and out. I'm telling you.

After our short adventure I left for home. 

I got hugs and "how are you doing?"s from everyone. 

My mom made me an Easter skirt in 20 minutes, no big deal. (Pictures to come tomorrow)

After eating dinner I sat and looked up hair tutorials, yeah.. I know. Typical.

However... I Learned to do a Fishtail braid! Check That Off my bucket list...

Even better.. it was SO easy. 

Ooh and I'd fall in love.

Contentment

Can I just say that Today was such a good day. 

I wrote to some of my missionary boys, and will finish the rest tomorrow.

Ate guacamole, a panini, and went to Family home evening. 

Hung out with some friends and planned dinner for Thursday.

Then Reminisced like crazy with Lauren. 

Teared up a little.

This isn't the first time you've heard this from me, 

and I can guarantee it won't be the last.

We miss our boys a lot.
